This Saturday, August 10 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sam’s Club will host a FREE Children’s Health and Back to School screening. The screenings are free and available to the public at all Sam’s Club locations with a pharmacy.
The free health screening event features tests including:
- Blood Pressure
- Body Mass Index
- Dental Tabs
- Take home DNA swab kits
- Child Safety ID Kits
- Vision
