Free Oral Care and Health Screenings at Sams Club on 4/13

 

On Saturday, April 13 from 11 am to 3 pm, Sam’s Club is hosting free oral care and health screenings to raise awareness about the connection between oral health and chronic disease. The screenings are free and available to the public at all Sam’s Club locations with a pharmacy.

The free health screening event features tests valued at up to $100), including: 

• Non-invasive oral health questionnaires
• Dental tablets
• Glucose
• Total cholesterol
• Blood pressure
• Body mass index (BMI)
• Vision
